Rebekah Muleta is an Associate Teacher in the Primary One classroom at the Northside campus since February 2016. Previous to joining the Suzuki School, Rebekah worked for seven years in early childhood education in Ethiopia. For five years she taught children in a preschool and then moved into a director position for 2 years.
Rebekah has been attracted to educating and guiding young children from an early age, and finds that she has a strong connection with them. After she decided to move back into education, she researched Atlanta area schools and found the Suzuki School. She was taken by the Suzuki philosophy and felt the approach to Montessori was in alignment with her values and then joined the faculty of the school.
In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys reading spiritual books and fiction.
Rebekah holds a BA in Information Systems from Unity University in Ethiopia. She immigrated to the United States in 2013, first managing a store before getting back into early childhood education.
