Gloria Armour is an Associate Teacher in the Primary 3 classroom at the Ponce City Market campus, and has been with us since Summer, 2016. Previously, she worked as a paraprofessional in mental health facilities as a behavioral specialist.
Gloria believes that working with young children is very important, because if you teach them early on, you can make a lifetime of difference. Gloria was interested in working at the Suzuki School because of the focus on the Montessori system of education, and that it has an academic focus rather than just provides daycare.
In her spare time, Gloria enjoys cheering and ballet which she has done for many years. She hopes to someday to be able to expose more children in Atlanta in the wonders of dance.
Gloria holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
